A bit about us…
Thank you so much for landing here we are thrilled you’ve joined us. My name is Alex, I am the calligrapher and creator behind GLC studio. My love for calligraphy was passed down from my great grandmother, who taught me the traditional art of writing. Her essence is woven through all that I do and I will forever cherish the gift she passed down to me. My hope is to be able to share this art form with the world so that it is not lost in time, as so many traditional arts are.
It’s not just me behind the scenes, my fiancé Beau helps bring my visions to life and makes sure we have enough coffee to keep the creativity flowing. When I’m not creating I'm chasing around our cheeky toddler Sonny and our fur children, Pip and Waylon.

Our story
Green Leaves Creative Studio was born from a love of calligraphy and creativity. We are proud to offer a wide array of custom calligraphy services and custom stationary, from event signage, on the day wedding stationary including place cards, table numbers, bar signs welcome signs and more, as well as gift tags and local gift wrapping services.
We want the pieces we create to have a warm and light feeling to them, the feeling you get from the golden hour light, and attempt to capture the essence of our beautiful earth. This inspired our brand name and is the heart of our ethos.

In the digital age we are proud to keep the traditional art of calligraphy and hand lettering alive. We admire the many different styles that calligraphy takes, and have worked hard refining our own script to reflect our style. No two calligraphers have the same hand writing and this is the beauty of hand written treasures.
We love to bring your ideas to life and this is why everything we offer is customised or has a customised option. To keep in line with our values, we are made to order or small batch made to avoid wastage, and we are working hard to work with sustainable and ethical brands and products, to create luxury feeling items that don’t cost the earth
